Monitoring Your Networks – Monitoring an Individual Wi-Fi Access Point

On AMP’s Device Monitoring page, your Help Desk staff sees detailed information about that AP: it’s manufacturer, firmware version, IP address, MAC address, and more.

Up-to-date graphs show how many users have been connected to each radio – and how much cumulative bandwidth they have been using – over the past several hours. With this information, the Help Desk can quickly assess whether the Wi-Fi network is slow due to excessive usage.
