If the Help Desk staff wants more detailed RF information, they can immediately click to view detailed graphs depicting ‘dot11’ counters including transmission errors, reception errors, packet statistics, and more.
This information will assist the Help Desk in determining whether there are RF issues that need to be addressed or whether the issue is more likely to involve the individual client device.
To view individual user information, the Help Desk returns to the AP monitoring page to see a detailed list of every user connected to that access point.
To view more detailed monitoring data on an individual user, they just click on that user’s MAC address.
