On the User Monitoring page, the Help Desk sees detailed information on an individual user or device, including signal quality, IP address, MAC address, authentication, status/duration, and more.
Graphs depict both the signal quality and the bandwidth utilized by that user over the past several hours. This allows the Help Desk to assess at a glance whether poor signal quality might impact the perceived speed of the wireless network.
At the bottom of the page, AMP displays a detailed user history (dating back two years or more). The Help Desk can see where the user typically connects to the wireless network and compare current conditions to the historical records.
