Monitoring Your Networks – Viewing Historical Trend Data

If the Help Desk wants a more detailed comparison of the user’s current signal strength or bandwidth consumption compared to previous sessions, they just click on the graphs on the User Monitoring page.

AMP then pops up a new window showing how the user’s current signal strength compares to the signal strength he received over:

• The last 24 hours
• The last week
• The last month
• The last year

This allows the Help Desk to determine whether it looks like anything in the RF environment has changed in a way that is impacting the user.
