To get more complete information, the Help Desk can toggle over to AirWave’s VisualRF™ view to see a current map of the RF environment.


With this, the Help Desk can:

  • See where the user is located
  • View a heatmap that helps show how strong a signal he should be receiving
  • See RF channel maps to determine whether any other access points are set to the same channel and creating interference
  • Assess whether other users in that area are experiencing similar problems.
